Melbourne, Australia – ‘Fast-mover’ real estate agency AQ Properties in Western Sydney choose Agent Envoy to integrate their VoIP sales platform, Dialpad’ and Eagle CRM.

Being able to synchronise contacts from their CRM automatically with their Dialpad phone system, reduces mis-dials and has meant that both systems always have the latest correct information. With phone call transcriptions automatically being stored in the CRM at the end of a call, means sales reps no longer need to type in notes.
